Students from Nebraska high schools and colleges, as well as community members are invited to hear oral arguments before the Nebraska Court of Appeals  on September 13 at York College in York, Nebraska.

Students are furnished expanded case descriptions prior to viewing oral arguments and allowed a ‘question and answer’ session on court process and procedure following each panel argument session. Case summaries for upcoming arguments are available online.

The event will be held in the Bartholomew Performing Arts Center and is open to the public. There is no cost to attend, however, registration is preferred.
