Dr. Nathan Mellor, CEO of C3 Brands and President of Strata Leadership, will give the commencement address at the York College graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 6.

Dr. Mellor has consulted, trained, and lectured throughout America and abroad on topics related to character and leadership. His clients include corporations and non-profits from across the business spectrum. In pursuit of education, humanitarian, and religious interests he has studied or taught in Australia, Belize, China, England, Guyana, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, Russia, and Rwanda.

Dr. Mellor has over 15 years experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at a number of colleges and universities. He is currently an adjunct professor at York College in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program.


Leadership programs co-developed by Dr. Mellor, including Peace Through Business Rwanda and Four Star Debate with General Tommy Franks, have been highlighted on CNN Inside Africa, FOX News, and FOX Radio. He is also the co-founder of the Presidential Leadership Institute hosted on the campus of York College and in collaboration with the Eisenhower Presidential Museum and Library.

Commencement will be held at 10 a.m. in the Campbell Activity Center (corner of 10th and Mayhew Ave.) on the York College campus. The ceremony will run approximately two hours. The Concert Choir will also perform during the commencement ceremony. The event will be webcast live.

The doors will open one hour prior to the ceremony for guests. No tickets are required. The event is open to the public, with seating on a first come first serve basis. No reserved seating is permitted, with the exception of seating arranged before the event for individuals with special needs.
