Children’s Minister - The Burnt Hickory Church of Christ, Atlanta, is a family-oriented congregation averaging 450 in Sunday worship. We are seeking a full-time children’s minister to oversee our programming for children from Kindergarten – 6th grade, including children’s worship, Sunday morning classes, Wednesday classes, and special events.
We are a regional church, so our families come from many different school systems. We also host a preschool in our building during the school year, and have a preschool minister that oversees all aspects of our programming for babies – pre-K. The Children’s Minister and preschool minister will coordinate with each other as necessary, but this position does not have oversight of the preschool.
Our ministry staff currently includes a preaching minister, youth minister, preschool minister, and spiritual growth minister.
