Graduates

Graduates should gather in the Bartholomew Performing Arts Center no later than 6:15 p.m.

The Provost's office will provide ALL regalia (cap, gown, stoles, cords, etc.) for the event. Dress clothing will be appropriate to wear under your graduation gown. 

Graduates receiving a master's degree will need to choose an escort for the graduation hooding ceremony.  Your escort should join you in the choir rehearsal hall of the Bartholomew Performing Arts Center at 6:15 p.m. for instructions and line-up.

Photos will be taken and available after the ceremony.

Guests

The doors open at 6:00 ap.m. for guests. No tickets are required. The event is open to the public, with seating on a first come first served basis. No reserved seating is permitted, with the exception of seating arranged before the event for individuals with special needs.
