  • Vaccinations are not required but strongly encouraged.
  • Daily screenings will not be required.
  • Students, faculty, and staff who display symptoms or test positive will need to report their symptoms/test result immediately to pantherscare@york.edu.
  • Wherever possible, social distancing is encouraged.
  • Avoid off-campus travel whenever possible and, when necessary, maintain strict social distancing.
  • Wash hands often, especially before you eat.
  • Intercollegiate competition to take place at fan full capacity. There are no current regulations or mandates dictated by the NAIA National Office or the KCAC for regular or postseason competition but as with past situations, that could be subject to change.
  • Love one another. Above all else, show respect and kindness to one other. We will get through this better if we work together. Panthers take care of Panthers.
Before you leave home
  • If you are feeling sick, please delay leaving home. Rest. Get better. Contact us to let us know you have been delayed.
  • It is strongly recommended that those who have not been vaccinated be tested within 72 hours of arriving on campus.  If you test positive please stay home until your isolation period is completed.
  • Vaccination is strongly encouraged but not required.

Move-in Day Guidelines for All Students
  • On fall athlete/new student move-in days, students are to be accompanied by only two parents/guardians and strongly encourage masks to be worn as students work through the check-in line in the Mackey Center.
  • Family and friends accompanying students may assist with move-in for up to 24 hours after arrival to campus. We request that anyone helping a student move-in will say goodbyes and leave campus by 24 hours after arrival.
