​Houghton, N.Y. - The York College Track and Field teams brought back some hardware after competing at the National Christian College Athletics Association (NCCAA) National Indoor Track and Field Championships. The men's team finished fourth overall and the women finished in seventh. 

Over the course of the meet the Panthers broke seven school records, had 19 All-Americans, and seven national champions.

Women's Side
Camery Nielsen (JR/Bradshaw, Neb) broke the school record in her sixth place finish in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.66. Nielsen also finished in sixth place in the high jump with a 1.52 meter height. Ashley Dugan (JR/Spring Hill, Fla) broke the school record in the women's long jump with a leap of 5.40 meters qualifying her for the NAIA Indoor Championships. She placed third in the event earning her All-American honors. Dugan also earned the same honor with her third place finish in the heptathlon. 

The women's 4x200 and 4x400 relays broke the school records as well with times of 1:53.70 and 4:20.33, respectively. The 4x200 team consisted of Darrien Gomez (SO/Cozad, Neb), Sabrina Austin (JR/Morrill, Neb), Hailey Stigger (FR/Liberty, Mo), and Hannah Rohda (FR/Omaha, Neb). The 4x400 consisted of Gomez, Dugan, Stigger, and Rohda.

Men's Side
Joseph Ventry (SR/Omaha, Neb) dominated his events as he won both the high jump and triple jump. He cleared 1.98 meters in the high jump and hit 14.00 meters in the triple earning All-American. Dean Simon (SO/Hudson, Fla) won the 60 meter dash in a school record 6.87 seconds run also qualifying him for the NAIA Indoor Championships and adding him to the All-American list. He finished in fifth place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.23, which also qualifies him for the NAIA event.

Mason Held (SO/West Fork, Ark) took second place in the 200 meters in 22.11, breaking the school record. He also finished in second in the 400 meter dash in 48.80. Both events earned him All-American status.

Brandin Fry (SR/West Fork, Ark) finished sixth in the Heptathlon with 4059 points.

The men's 4x800 and 4x400 each earned All-American honors finishing in second place. The 4x800 team consisted of Levi Swenson (JR/Benkelman, Neb), Caleb Magner (JR/York, Neb), Cameron Sorter (JR/Seaside, Ore), and Held. The 4x400 had Evans Francis (JR/Omaha, Neb), Carter Price (FR/Rapid City, S.D.), Sheyi Ajiboye (FR/Houston, Texas), and Held.

The men's 4x200 relay shattered the old school record as they took first place in 1:28.98 and consisted of Francis, Price, Simon, and Held.
The men's team had the second most All-Americans at the meet with 17.
