Are you ready for a great week at Soul Quest? I hope so, because we are ready for you to come to our campus and have an awesome week. Here are some things you need to remember to do before you arrive on June 9th.
Camper Registration Form – Download this form, fill it out and have your parents sign it.
Medical Release Form – Download this form and have your parents fill it out completely.
Copy of Medical Insurance Card – Please attach to your Registration form a photocopy of the front and back of your medical insurance card.
Give to Youth Sponsor – Give your Camper Registration, your Medical Release Form and a check for your full camp fee to your youth sponsor ASAP. If your group’s forms are sent in by June 1st, your group is eligible for the “Early Bird Rate” of $170.00. If not postmarked by June 1st, your camp fee will be $185.00. Please make all checks payable to: “York College”.

Camp Guidelines – Take time to review the Camp Guidelines. You may download the form or just look at it. Please give careful notice of the policies on attire, electronic devices, cell phones and behavior. If you do not feel you can follow these guidelines – Soul Quest may not be for you!
Extra Money – This year you may want to bring some extra cash for the following items:
- Room Keys – Each camper has the opportunity to have a key to their room. This is optional and will require a $20 deposit. This is to be brought to camp and not sent in with registration money.
- Soul Quest Canteen – The SQ canteen is available each day for campers to purchase snack foods and drinks at reduced prices. Also, campers may order a large single-topping pizza for $13 from Pizza Hut. These pizzas are delivered during evening canteen hours. The average camper spends around $25 for canteen items during the week.
