Soul Quest '10
Climate Change
Nearly 550 middle and high school students from 17 states were on campus for the 28th annual Soul Quest camp. Daily classes, chapel, and evening worship with keynote speaker, Rich Little, and worship leader, Andy Spell, encouraged campers to consider the unlimited possibilities of God’s plan for them and the power of the good news of Jesus.
A tradition of providing community service one afternoon of the week was started several years ago by SQ Director Tim Lewis, and has become a great way to put the campers’ faith into practice.
Student groups were scattered throughout the city of York Wednesday afternoon painting fire hydrants, pulling weeds, collecting can goods for the community food pantry, washing fire trucks, and the list goes on.
