Panthers Sweep CentralYC Softball heading to conference tournament by Jared Stark, athletic director
Leading the charge was Lexi Paspalof who hit a home run on the first pitch of the day and doubled later in the game. During Game 2 the Panthers got a pair of home runs, one each from senior catcher Brenda Perry and another from freshman short stop Angel Gray who went 3 for 4 in the game. As always the Panthers were anchored by pitcher Devyn Pearl who threw two complete games in a row only allowing three hits in the first game and scattering five hits in the second game to secure the sweep of Central Christian. ************** York College is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and a founding member of the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference.
