PBL-SIFE Competes at State

Congratulations to the members of the York College PBL-SIFE chapter who competed at the Nebraska Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference held in Kearney April 2-3.  The members were Landon Bailey, Tyler Brown, Dustin Campbell, Julie Garcia, Kaitlin Spanel, Josh Stewart, and Kyle Wichman.

Individual awards were:

Landon Bailey—6th in Accounting Analysis & Decision making and 7th in Accounting for Professionals.

Tyler Brown—5th in Sports Management & Marketing.

Dustin Campbell—8th in Sports Management & Marketing.

Julie Garcia—4th in International Business.

Josh Stewart—Who’s Who in Nebraska PBL

Marquisette Bickford, 1984 York College alumnus, was awarded the Nebraska Businessperson of the Year award.

In addition, the chapter received the Gold Level Excellence Award for their work throughout the year.
