Youth Minister

Dear Brother in Christ:

The church here in Bella Vista has been blessed with an outstanding youth minister for the past several years. As he finishes his duties here and moves on to other pursuits, we are searching for the right individual to work with our young people.

What we really would like to have is a man who is excited about youth and work with young people for a few years while he trains and works toward becoming our pulpit minister. Our minister has been with us for 22 years and we would like to continue this kind of longevity with the young family we are presently searching for.

Bella Vista is a congregation committed to the Word and what would be called a “mainstream” church in our brotherhood today.

Within the mainstream, we would probably be considered having a conservative bent. The Elders have never had to be concerned with doctrinal soundness in the classroom or from the pulpit and we would like to maintain this kind of balance.
