Commercial Territory Sales Manager

Job Description:

Omaha, NE area/territory.
Call on specifying Engineers and Architects to ensure
Lennox products are specified. Develop relationships with the customer base to ensure achievement of sales volume, gross profit and margin targets. Prepare quotes, submittals and sales orders as required. Work to resolve all credit issues. Work with inside sales personnel on product applications. Also perform the following duties: provide customer service to ensure understanding of the complete and full range of Lennox products and services; deliver a high level of customer service to existing accounts and identify changing trends in the marketplace.
Provide timely quotations, sales presentations and customer training to ensure attainment of the annual sales, gross profit and margin goal. Extensive local
Omaha based travel. Position reports to the District office in Lenexa, KS.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree, in engineering is preferred, a High School Diploma or Equivalent required, with at least 3 years HVAC sales and technical experience.
If candidate does not have a Bachelor's Degree, they will need to have a minimum of 5 years HVAC sales experience in a related position. This position will represent Lennox Industries, achieving the sales goals of the company. Must have a strong desire to want to win, have a positive outlook, be an active listener, be detailed and organized, have a desire to be part of a successful team, involve others and share successes. Must communicate clearly and concisely, understand customer urgency and have a willingness to embrace change.
