Customer Care Account Manager

General Description

Provide phone and occasional on-site consultative, troubleshooting, and training services to LeaseTeam customers.

Requirements

This position requires:

• a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting/Finance, MIS or related field or the equivalent with experience,
• Eager to learn new things and possess a self-starter attitude,
• Proven excellent problem solving skills and have a high proficiency in PC applications. 
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, both internally and externally and have the ability to serve as a productive team member. 

Ideal candidates should have the following:

• Great Plains accounting software and ad hoc reporting knowledge is preferred. 
• Prior experience in software implementations, installations, system conversions, and/or system consulting is also preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of FAS 13, Sarbanes Oxley and/or the equipment loan/leasing industry is preferred, but not required.
