Part Time Position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, create, and implement process improvements.
  • Quality System writing of specifications and instructions.
  • Collect data and perform SPC analysis.
  • Perform Gage R&Rs
  • Work with suppliers and associates on corrective and preventative actions.
  • Design, evaluate, and implement mistake proofing activities.

Education:

  • Minimum of AA\AS Degree with 3 - 5 years Quality experience.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Flexible work schedule during first shift work hours.
  • Strong computer skill using Excel, Access, or SPC software.
  • Blueprint reading and specification experience.
  • Prior AS9100 or ISO-9001 experience preferred.
  • Project planning experience.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Dedicated Team player.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Technical competent in SPC, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, and\or six Sigma.
  • Self directed.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of a manufacturing organization.

    Max Bill Rate = $45.00 per Hour
