We are seeking exceptional Account Development Representative Candidates to identify and develop small to medium business selling opportunities.  The Account Development Representatives will be responsible for new customer acquisition by presenting LightEdge’s VoIP, Network and IT Services to potential small to medium businesses through a consultative sales approach.  Comprehensive sales, territory management and technical training programs are provided.  RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! No experience necessary.

 

Primary responsibilities of the Account Development Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing an assigned territory to bring on new business and meeting assigned revenue and new customer goals.
  • Aggressive hunter mentality with no fear of cold calling via the telephone or in person.
  • Identify, penetrate and acquire new business for LightEdge Solutions.
  • Meet with small to medium business owners or decision makers to conduct discovery, sales presentations, recommend LightEdge Solutions’ products and services and close business.
  • Interest in consultative selling, business case preparation and time management planning.
  • Able to work in a structured environment.
  • Responsible for updating all sales activities through Microsoft CRM.
  • Prepares, completes and processes all documentation and required sales paperwork to ensure a smooth transition of LightEdge service for all customers.

Locations – Minneapolis, Omaha, Kansas City, Phoenix

 

Target Pay - $48,000 - $54,000/year

Base Salary – 30,000/year

Commission - $20,000/year

Other Pay – Full Benefits, Cell Phone Reimbursement and Car
