Helpful hints on applying to York College:

First-time Freshman

1. Complete and submit your application online(Click Here).
2. Request an official copy of your high school transcript and class rank be sent to the York College Admissions Office.
3. Take the ACT or SAT and request that your scores be sent to York College. York College’s codes are:  ACT – 2484; SAT – 6984.

Transfer Student

1. Complete and submit your application online (Click Here).
2. Request an official copy of your college transcripts from every college or university you have attended and have it sent to the York College Admissions Office.

Online Learning

The focus of the online program is to provide degree completion assistance to adult learners desiring to complete a four-year Baccalaureate (B.A.) degree.  Due to our belief in First-time Freshmen incorporating residence life into their college experience, students must be 25 years of age to enroll in an off-campus online only degree program.  For exceptions please contact Zeruiah Bandy.

2. Request an official copy of your college transcripts from every college or university you have attended and have it sent to the York College Admissions Office.

Financial Aid

1. Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). This application can be found online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. York College’s code is 002567
2. Check into local and/or corporate-sponsored scholarships sent to York College.
