Dale R. Larsen

Teacher of Achievement Award

The Dale R. Larsen Teacher of Achievement Award is given by York College annually to a full-time tenured faculty member who has made outstanding contributions to York College.  They are nominated by other faculty members and are considered on the basis of the following criteria:

• Excellence of teaching
• Membership and participation in learned or professional societies
• Service to the institution, length of service, committees, etc.
• Spiritual commitment
• Attitude toward work at York College
• Dedication to York College as demonstrated in activities outside the classroom
