Churches of Christ

York College is a private, Liberal Arts college affiliated with the Churches of Christ and our Board of Trustees consists of members of their local Churches of Christ.

Churches of Christ are nondenominational and do not have central headquarters or a president.  The head of the church is Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:22-23).  Each congregation is autonomous, but united by the Word of God and One Faith (Ephesians 4:3-6).
